Great girl with large suites. Very clean and comfortable. Nice breakfast buffet. Easy to get to location and close to IH35.
We had many of our wedding guests stay at this hotel during my son’s wedding weekend, and the experience was wonderful. I worked with the group booking staff, and they were fantastic throughout the entire process. Reserving the room block was smooth and stress-free. Our guests shared how friendly and helpful the staff were, and how clean and comfortable the rooms were. Everything ran seamlessly and made our wedding weekend even more enjoyable. We are very grateful to the hotel and their team and would highly recommend them for group bookings or special events.
I went here for with the family and the service was amazing, there was a little issues here and there on other rooms which the family were on, but our room had no issues. The rooms are very clean and has very premium feeling, so I really like it so far!
All the staff and managers were great and helpful, especially the front desk assistants! The hotel was continuously cleaned, the washers on 2 floors were a bonus.the breakfast was set out with many options. The Wednesday Soup and salad was nice to have for a light supper.the rooms were always quiet and you can’t beat the mattresses.this was our 2nd stay at this hotel and if we return, will stay again.
What can you say. Nice hotel. Nice room. Sure wish others that stay there though had more respect for others. Not let their children run wild late at night, and maybe some could learn to walk a little less mad! Only complaint about the people that work there, if you are staying for a extended time, get use to the housekeeping slamming doors while they clean. They turn the top lock out, so the door won't shut and lock them out, and then the open and close the doors about 100,000 times, just slamming them. Forget it if you work at night, and need to sleep during the day. Good luck
We decided to spend a little extra money on a room than our usual trips. While visiting Canyon Lake we decided to stay in New Braunfels where the rates were cheaper than those resort prices. This hotel only had the suite with a king size bed and pull out coach available. We absolutely loved the layout of the room, kitchen, and restroom. The breakfast was great and the pool was awesome. Great experience!
We had a pleasant stay from checking in with a friendly welcoming smile, attentive front desk service to comfortable spacious clean room. Everything about our stay was amazing. The breakfast was so good too with a variety of choices. The hotel was so clean all over. I would highly recommend this hotel if your wanting a nice hotel for your family. My son loved that it had a basketball goal, that was a plus.
Mostly Good. They were going to put us next to the pool & basketball court on ground floor, had them move us to 4th floor. Bar next bldg with rooftop bar area a little noisy late. They have a laundry area for guests but no soap to buy Breakfast was okay but we bought our own French Vanilla since they only had reg creamers. Room was spacious and had a ceiling fan which we liked. Unfortunately No Safe in room.
